International cooperation is vital for being able to tackle the major global challenges we are facing,” said Masud Gharahkhani before his meeting with Li Zhanshu, Chairman of the Standing Committee of China’s National People’s Congress.

The meeting follows on from Li Zhanshu’s visit to Norway in May 2019. The Chairman of the People’s Congress was hosted by Tone Wilhelmsen Trøen, then President of the Storting. The digital meeting on 27^th April will be the first meeting since this visit.
