Stoltenberg is to be welcomed to the Storting at Løvebakken by President of the Storting Olemic Thommessen shortly before 10 o’clock. After a meeting with the President, Stoltenberg will meet the Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs and Defence and the Storting’s Delegation to the NATO Parliamentary Assembly.

Jens Stoltenberg was elected as NATO’s 13th Secretary General in 2014. He was simultaneously granted leave of absence from his duties as a Member of the Storting.
